Privately owned Master Loft Suite located at the Inn at SilverCreek. Our unit is clean and comfortable and has all the touches of a home while being less expensive than a hotel. Our property is pending renovation so the price is a bargain compared to other rentals. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath suite is equipped with King size beds in both bedrooms and 1 Queen Sized Murphy Bed in the family room. The master bedroom and bath has a separate entry with an adjoining door to the other living area. This is a great feature for 2 families to share the unit. The other bedroom is located in the loft which overlooks the family room. The fireplace in the family room is nice on chilly nights. Our unit has two private decks to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a coffee pot, full refrigerator, microwave, and stove. All linens, dishes, and utensils are provided. The grocery store is located across the street from the Inn and is within walking distance.
This property is ideally located between Winter Park and Grand Lake and only one mile from Granby Ranch Base Camp.
• Granby Ranch is great for families and first time skiers. It has 35 ski trails, tubing hill, 6 terrain parks, ski and ride schools, and rentals.
• Winter Park is only 15 minutes away and offers more advanced skiing terrain with great powder skiing. It has over 3,000 acres of skiable terrain, 25 lifts, 5 terrain parks, ski and ride schools, rentals, and a slope side village with restaurants and shops.
• The Inn at SilverCreek has indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a pool, a fitness center, arcade and a Steak House on the premises. The Inn was built in 1982. It has rustic charm and has been recently updated and renovated.

My husband Mike and I grew up in New Jersey and moved with our 2 sons to Colorado in 2006. We lived in Highlands Ranch until 2012 we then moved to Castle Rock and enjoy the area with our sons and our two 5 year old labs.

We purchased this property in 2010 because we enjoy the mountains and everything Granby and The Inn at Silvercreek has to offer. There is skiing, hiking, and tubing to name a few of the activities. The Inn has a pool, arcade, hot tub and fitness center which is great. Our 2 boys love coming up here.
