I grew up in a very small town in Tennessee and I have always loved the water. That is how I ended up in Florida. I have my own design and consultation firm as well as my real estate license. I love transforming properties into pieces of art or really fun places for people to stay. This particular vacation rental was designed with alot of extra creativity so someone could really feel like they 'got away' and when they return home they will feel refreshed. Hope you enjoy!
I bought this house because I love arts and crafts style houses and more importantly Seminole Heights just seemed to fit my personality! It is laid-back living and the people at the local grocery store and restaurants have time to carry on a conversation:)
Porches, high ceilings, wood floors and carriage houses! I love all of them..and this house has them all. It also has tons of windows and the upstairs unit is surrounded by Big Oak Trees. The upstairs unit has some really special things going on with it such as a hanging bed on the original sleeping porch and the dog wallpaper in the bathroom.
