Set just minutes from some of the world's finest beaches and approximately 40 minutes drive from Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens. Our villa is in an excellent location and only 2 minutes from shops, great restaurants and interstate connections. Our fully air-conditioned, non-smoking villa, sleeps six and consists of: - 3 Bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x twin) - 2 Bathrooms - 2 Lounges (1 x family lounge and 1 x lounge/diner) - Kitchen (Fully Fitted) - Electrically Heated, Private Screened Pool (minimum temperature 84 degrees!) Gas BBQ On Decked Area - Highchair and Cot supplied - Bedlinen, Bath, Pool and Beach Towels provided - Gardener, Housekeeper and Poolman provided All rooms are luxuriously furnished to a high standard.

The city of Sarasota lies on the eastern shores of Sarasota Bay. Situated on the water it is without doubt a beach resort with a thriving cultural community. Art moved to Sarasota thanks to the many investments and appreciation of John Ringling for the arts and culture which ultimately led to the development of galleries, theatres and concert halls, with Sarasota evolving into a haven for artists, sculptors, performers and musicians. Sarasota County has 35 miles of gulf beaches, 2 state parks, 22 municipal parks and approximately 80 golf courses and with nearly a quarter of the residents playing, this is the place for golf enthusiasts. There are several good courses within a 15 minute drive from the villa which are open to the public.

We really enjoyed the villa and all it had to offer; it’s a superb location for shopping and beaches. We also particularly liked the home-from-home feeling and we didn’t want for anything as the house is so well equipped. Jenny.
We would just like to say a big thank you for the wonderful accommodation of yours that you allowed us to stay in. We had a fantastic time and the pool was just ideal to cool off in the hot weather. We would certainly recommend your accommodation to our friends and of course the area. Richard.

This home was excellant, stocked with everything you could possible need. The home was clean and the pool was also in excellant condition. The home had books, games, CD's and lists of restraunts and beachs. I wish we could of stayed longer.
