'La Reserva De Marbella', completed in August 2001, is a very exclusive luxury development, built to the highest standard. The complex is surrounded with a large choice of beautiful golf courses. Each Penthouse Apartment has panoramic sea views from the large, south-facing solarium and the same outstanding views can be caught from the balcony. It boasts several swimming pools for adults and children. There is secure underground parking and a lift.

The living areas offer very high quality furniture and fittings, including a fully equipped kitchen, video, Sky television showing all your favourites (BBC1, BBC2, CH 3, CH 4, CH 5 and a few others). CD system with remote control. There is 'silent running' hot and cold air conditioning. Air conditioning makes your holiday much more comfortable and therefore all our apartments are fully equipped with Air Conditioning. The complex has a security system with access to your underground garage and lift via your personal electronic keyless entry card.

  • This luxury apartment is fully managed by a professional English management company. A comprehensive information pack is provided. If you need any help or advice our Agent will be more than happy to assist you and this will allow you to settle quickly into your holiday.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure a booking. The remainder is due 1 month prior to your arrival. Water, Electricity and Heating are included in our rates, however a refundable deposit of GBP100 is required to cover breakages, excess use of electricity, any excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit is to be paid 1 month prior to your arrival.
  • All bookings are Friday to Friday but we may consider dates outside this.
    Departure 11am / Check in 3pm or by arrangement.
    Long-term rates are available on request (at reduced prices).

Notes: Master Bedroom is ensuite and has a King-size bed with pocket-sprung mattress. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The large private terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a separate 'Al fresco' dining area with a table and 4 chairs. There are superb panoramic views of the sea from the balcony.

Amenities: There are many excellent restaurants in the nearby port of Cabopino (15 minutes walking distance). In addition, Puerto Banus and Downtown Marbella are a few minutes drive where the choice of restaurants is tremendous. The Don Carlos Hotel, The Marriott' Marbella Beach Resort and the Four Seasons Country Club are very close-by. All of these 5 star resorts offer fantastic facilities and outstanding restaurants.

Leisure Activities nearby: Water sports including jet skis and sailing dinghies are available directly on the beach. Entertainment for children includes Selwo park, the largest safari park in Europe, Prado World, a large water park with slides and Escuela de Arte Ecuestre, an internationally renowned equestrian centre.

Golf Information: There are over 25 championship golf courses all within a 30 minute drive from the Complex (the nearest are Cabopino and Artola) They are walking distance from the apartments.
