My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. The sit up was nice nice for us with it being 4 families.The two rooms downstairs each had bathrooms with two sets of bunk beds and also had TV's there was a sitting area that had a sofa and chair with a tv and a mini kitchen area. The kids slept on one side and a family on the other. The main living area was very nice an spacious for our group with a nice balcony and you could sit out each morning and have coffee and listen to the ocean. The kitchen had a table that seated 6 people as well as a big bar which seated at least 8. The balcony is where the kids liked to go to eat and it was nice an large with a gas bbq grill. On this level you also had the laundry room and a half bath. The bedroom on that level was a nice large room with a large bathroom and a TV as well as a small balcony this is the room me and my husband had. The third floor had a nice large master bedroom with a large walk in closet and large bathroom my sister was able to bring a blow up matteress for her kids and had plenty of room. My parents stayed in the other bedroom which was a nice size and had a nice bathroom as well and a TV. It was a very nice gated area with a walk across the street and out to the beach. We had no problem letting the teenagers go out alone for a walk or to the beach. The neighbors were very quite and it was so relaxing since this was the first time at a beach for some in our group. To go shopping or out to eat was a short drive from this property and there were many places to choose from to eat at. There were two resturants with in walking distance on the beach. Also you could rent chairs and umbrellas and someone would have them sit up for us that morning and take them down each night. Could not have asked for a better location or house to have stayed in.
I would highly recommend this place it was really nice and meet our families needs. We really liked the set up with each bedroom having a bathroom because usually families have to share and that can sometimes become a problem but that is not the case here. Any question that I had about the house before we left was answered.
