Hampton Lakes is situated on Highway 27, 2 miles south of the 192 and about 15 minutes drive from the Disney attractions in Florida. This house was built in May 2003. It has 5 double bedrooms (three rooms with double beds and two rooms with twin beds). Two of the double bedded rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a further full bathroom with WC and a separate WC downstairs. The house is private to the rear where the pool is situated. The house has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. There is a separate dining room and a large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar leading to a good size living room with twin sofas and additional seating. From the living room there is direct access to the private pool which has deck space with outside table, chairs and loungers. The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area. There is a separate Games Room including full size Pool and Table Tennis Tables plus Electronic Darts Board.

Hampton Lakes is a new prestigious community, situated on Highway 27, 5 miles from Interstate 4. Within 15 minutes drive of the main Disney Theme Parks, with the other attractions of the central Orlando area no more than 30 minutes away. There are more than 30 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. There are plenty of shopping malls and supermarkets within close proximity. Both the East and West coasts are within approximately one and a half hours.

  • Pool Heat $100/wk / £70/wk.
    Extra Charge of $120 / £80 for stays of less than 5 days.
    Booking Deposit of $200 / £100 per week of rental.
    The balance is payable ten weeks before the commencement of the booking. Deposits are not refundable. The full balance will be payable if cancellations are within ten weeks of the commencement date. It is advised that you insure against this.
    Refundable Security Deposit of $200 / £150 payable with final balance.
    All prices include sales tax and cleaning

Wonderful Home

We loved this home. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is even larger than it looks. All of the furniture is beautiful, and we were provided with plenty of towels, blankets and extra linens. Our kids loved the gameroom which surprised me because they are very young! The place is only about five miles from the interstate which was perfect for us, and the neighborhood was quiet for walks. We'd love to go back and relax there again!
