Book your summer vacation now so you can relax later in this beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home located on scenic Torch Lake, named the third most beautiful lake in the world by National Geographic. Depending on availability, there is also a guest house for rent that sleeps an additional 6 people. The guest house can also be rented separately for $1,500 a week and sleeps 6 people. It is a rustic cabin (no dishwasher or laundry). It sits right on Torch Lake shore with its own beach.
This house has several features, such as: central air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 flat screen televisions, DVD player, internet service, wifi, 2 car garage, gas grill, and fire pit.
Take your pick from the sun porch or waterfront deck for viewing this picturesque lake and beautiful sunrises. Crystal clear water and a firm sandy bottom makes swimming very inviting.
Torch Lake provides many opportunities for fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, boating, and sailing. A paddle boat and dock are available for use. There is a public access for launching your own boat less than 2 miles away. Rentals are available at a nearby marina.
This house is located on the south end of Torch Lake near its famous sand bar and Torch River. This is a great location for viewing the fabulous 4th of July fireworks that are shot off from a barge in the lake.
House is ideally located just minutes away from the quaint little town of Alden full of unique one of a kind shops. Traverse City, home to the National Cherry Festival, the quaint town of Elk Rapids, and the beautiful town of Charlevoix are within a half hour drive.
In addition to the several restaurants, golf courses, and casinos that are in the area, there is usually a nearby festival or special event taking place that is sure to keep you entertained.

This home was first just our summer home then my parents retired here. It has been enjoyed for many years. The beautiful clear water and many area resorts make it a great summer recreational area.

We are situated close to the large sandbar where many boats enjoy water games. There are many restaurants and cities nearby for festivals, shopping, golfing and boat rentals for your convenience.
This house is located within short drives to many small cities such as Charlevoix, Elks Rapids, Petoskey, Bellaire and Traverse city. The TC Cherry festival is the first week in July with many more festivals after within driving. Lots of golfing, restaurants, shopping etc. nearby.
