Luxury spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom plus en-suite facilities villa. Beautifully furnished throughout and consisting of a lounge and separate family room, a fully fitted kitchen and a breakfast room. This executive home has a large south facing private solar heated swimming pool and the premises are only 15 minutes from Disney and other attractions. It is near to golf/tennis/fishing/ restaurants and supermarkets and accommodates 10 persons. Other facilities include a cot and highchair, T V s DVDs a video player and a library. The villa is contained on an extra large plot and for the added comfort and privacy of our guests it is not overlooked. Special reduced prices are available from October/November/January/MarchMay/June and for periods of 21 days. Contact the owners and negotiate a price!!! Golfing & water skiing: With its mostly year long sub-tropical climate, Florida is the ideal location for outdoor sporting activities. The villa has four excellent golf courses nearby. The closest at Polo Park in only 1 mile away & all the club facilities are available to the public. This year 18 holes of golf at that venue cost only $15 on a good course. Several of the other courses are also nearby & there is a splendid course complete with driving range at Deer Creek which is only 4 miles south of the villa. There are also several good skiing lakes nearby, which include supervision and tuition. Dave,s ski school on a lake off the US highway 192 about 5 miles away is a good example. The rates are cheap & tuition is provided by a good natured staff. A good day out for all the family. A guest book is kept at the villa for your comments, & hopefully, for your praise. The villa is set on a quiet peaceful location and is only 6 miles ( 10 km) from Disney and within easy reach of all other central florida attractions. There is a state national park only 5 miles away which is ideal for hiking/cycling and nature trail walking and is complete with a lovely picnic area. Other attractions include numerous golf courses in the area which are open to guests and the development has two children's playgrounds plus tennis and basketball courts for use by guests The resort towns of Clearwater/ Sarasota and more are only a 1 hour drive away and the beaches of Daytona and Cocoa and NASA are only a 45 minute drive from the villa.

The villa is very close to several shopping malls and supermarkets and has many resturants and other places of entertainment nearby There is a Hard Rock cafe and casino/night club only 1 hours drive away and water parks 15 minutes away. The villa is in an ideal location for a great vacation COME AND ENJOY!!!

  • The villa has 2.5 bathrooms .The en-suite, adjoining the master bedroom, consists of bath, separate large shower enclosure, toilet and vanity facilities. To the rear of this bathroom, lies a large cloakroom. Bathroom 2 with Bath/shower and toilet /vanity facilities is situated between the 3 remaining bedroom. Both bathroom are ideally placed for the convenience of the guests and contain ultra modern fittings and electrical points plus hairdrying equipment.

Notes: The premises are in an ideal holiday location and highly recommended for young and senior guests. We wish our guests to enjoy their stay in our home but we would request that they do not smoke on the premises or bring pet animals to the premises. Infirm guests should have easy access due to the villa being a single level home, with spacious living accommodation. The property also contains a laundry room, with a large washing machine, and a separate drying machine. ironing facilities are also available.
