Description of the Clearwater vacation condo rental
The beautiful Grand Bellagio enclave at Bay Watch, 15 minutes drive from Clearwater Beach, is a luxury condominium development on Tampa Bay. It is conveniently located between downtown Tampa and Clearwater Beach with easy access to airports (Tampa 30 minutes, St Petersburg 20 minutes). It is 30 minutes from Tampa with Busch Gardens and Adventure water park and 90mins from Orlando's attractions.
The development has tennis courts, a large heated swimming pool, private gym and childrens playground. There is also a 1.5 mile lighted waterfront promenade for jogging, strolling, and roller blading. There are 30 + Golf courses locally and also boating, fishing, jet skiing, parascending nearby.
The local area has numerous restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance to cater for every taste.

- The house has two large double bedrooms one with two NEW single beds and one with a NEW double bed. There is a double sofabed in the living room. Both bedrooms have walk-in cupboards.

Notes:
The condo is brand new and was only built in 2004. It has been newly decorated and and is in immaculate condition. It is a ground floor apartment with garage parking for 1 car so there is plenty of space for bikes etc.
There is a disabled parking bay a few metres from the front door of the condo and there are disabled facilities at the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is equipped with cabanas for changing, or staying out of the sun. They also have refrigerators and televisions installed.
