The house has 5 bedrooms

The property is located in a condominium, Sitio Bom, located between Portobello and Club Med. The condominium has a club with pool, tennis court and football, bar / restaurant, also has a beach for use by those who are staying at the condominium, the beach is very calm, no waves. On the beach also has a playground with children's toys. Accommodation for up to 14 people. The house has dining room, living room, kitchen, bar, two toilets, laundry and big balcony with barbecue with full sea view, on the first floor. On the second floor has 5 bedrooms, a bathroom and TV room. In addition to this bedroom, there is still a small third floor with possibility of up to two people.
Car: necessary

The condominium has a club with pool, tennis and soccer courts, games room, steam room and internet. Near the beach has a playground with children's toys and beach volleyball courts. Beach without movement, exclusive to residents of the condominium.
