Cleaned and managed by helpful owners. 9x5m heated Roman style pool, ample terraces, large roofed barbecue and lounging area provide safe and private environment. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout with rooftop solarium, interior open-air patio with fountain, many extras eg DVD library, books, hairdryer, iron, safe, etc. The villa is spacious and has a comfortable lounge with sat TV, DVD, and hi-fi system, large dining room for 8. Large well-equipped kitchen including micro, oven, 4ring vitro, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Three double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathroom and a twin room. Set in 1000 sq metres of gardens. Off street parking.
