Three King master Bedrooms and tasteful furnishings include large sectional sofa for 8, dining room table for 10, LCD TV(4), and smooth top electric range. Home is just 1200 ft. to the life guarded beach access. Seven person hot tub, combo TVs, and county high purity water system.

Amenities Include: Cen A/H, DW, W/D, MW, CF, 3 CATVs, 2 VCRs, 3 DVD/CD stereo, Surround Sound on all levels, Video and Library, BG, HC, PCR, BB, BBQ, FP(off season), Foosball, Ping Pong Table, Horseshoe Pit, Volleyball, Private Pool (11x25), Hot Tub (7 person), O/S, Fish Cleaning Table.
Ground Level: Entrance, Laundry, Game Room/bedroom has a mini pool table, foosball, TV/VCR/DVD, PymBnk w/semi-private full bath, The Hot Tub is on the deck adjacent to the pool.
Level 1: Large King MBR has TV/DVD and private full bath. BR w/K has LCD TV/DVD and shares a semi-private full bath with BR w/ 2 PymBnks. Main entrance and deck access to pool.
