You will find a beautiful 14' x 32' pool with gazebo sitting area and hot tub. Unique layout provides plenty of room for two families. Expanded Rec Room with wet bar and foosball table. Large decks are a great place to relax. Enjoy horizon ocean views from mid level decks and great ocean views from upper level decks.

Amenities include: Cen A/H, DW, MW, Refrigerator w/IM, W/D, 7CATV's, VCR's, DVD's, Stereo w/CD, Books, Games, Puzzles, CF's, Picnic Table, Basketball Hoop, Horseshoes, Charcoal Grill, County Water.
