Photos and Description of the Grasse vacation villa rental

Large swimming pool (11 by 5 meter), 5 bedrooms. Capacity 10 to 12 persons. Fantastic views on Cannes and the Leirins Islands and the Esterel. 25 minutes from Cannes and Antibes, 40 minutes from Nice airport. In the surrounding villages you will find numerous shops and restaurants. The villa has five bedrooms in total, plus an extra double bed which allows 12 guests in the villa.

  • Damage deposit : 1000 €
  • Advance payment : 40% of the rental price.
  • To book your stay a 40 deposit of the rent has to be wired to my bank account and the rest of the rent six weeks before arrival.
    A 1200 Euro safety deposit in cash is asked at your arrival and refunded at your departure if the house is in good order.
    We do not accept cheques, credit cards or Paypal.
