About Sandra Davidson
I live in California. I have traveled to Tucson many times for business and visiting relatives living in the area. While I was married I choose this area as one of our 'early' retirement destinations. Sharing time between Arizona and California. Because life has many surprises I wanted to keep this home and delay my retirement by renting my place to snowbirds for the next few years. I have actually decorated my home with my personal belongings and my love of the Southwestern art and culture.
Sandra Davidson purchased this house in 2005
Why Sandra Davidson chose Sahuarita
I traveled around most of Arizona, and found Tucson, had a quiet but sophisticated town, with culture and lots of places to dine. The sunrises and sunsets are painted by God himself and I always loved to sit and marvel at them. After going through all the Sunday newspaper ads for homes, I arrived upon Quail Creek, nestled at the foot of the Santa Rita Mountains, private yet had all of the amenities and shopping that made me feel at home. I also liked the builder who had vision for what the 'baby boomers' needed and wanted for retirement. I choose the lot, house style, picked out all of the layout and builders offerings. I watched them build the house from the ground up put the drywall, pick the landscaping, shopped( and loved every minuet of it) until I dropped for all of the items in the house you will use. Even today, I pick things out to add or replace ( I had a TV die and replaced the great room's with a 55' Vizio) to make this a home. The artwork was and continues to be a part of me as I find things I like to add to the walls.
What makes this house unique
I think what you will find, is that I have tried to keep this a home but not too cluttered with comfortable furniture and create a peaceful atmosphere so that the time spent in my home will be restful and rejuvenate you. I have put my heart and love into making your stay a homey experience. I hope you will enjoy your stay and want to bring your friends to share my large home.
