Prices are inclusive of cleaning, all utilities, bed linen, beach and bathroom towels, kayaks, BBQ, parking, firewood, air-conditioning, wireless internet and local phone calls. During July and August both Villa Kairos I and II must be rented together. To make a booking a non-refundable deposit must be made with the balance paid eight weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can also be made in Euro at the prevailing exchange rate.
Location:
Villa Kairos is on the waterfront in an area on the island of Ciovo called Okrug Gornji. The town centre of Okrug Gornji takes only ten minutes by foot and provides supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, a post office, a hairdresser and a bakery. The local bus stop is only five minutes by foot and has buses that run hourly to Trogir. Trogir is reputedly the most picturesque town on the Dalmatian Coast and a Unesco Heritage site. It boasts a world class marina, beautiful buildings, forts, cathedrals, and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. With so many different choices of things to do in Ciovo there's something for everyone. Enjoy lazing on the pebble beach in front of the villa, exploring ancient Trogir, driving down the scenic coast to Makarska, taking a ferry boat to a surrounding island, visiting the city of Split(UNESCO), diving on a coral reef or partaking in other aquatic adventures, visiting Krka National Park or venturing out to one of the many wonderful vineyards.

We have spent a wonderful month at Villa Kairos. It is such a beautiful place (luxurious villa, beach so close, few minutes to Trogir and perfect house service). We have enjoyed the welcome wine and stunning sunsets everyday.
A perfect way to end our 30th wedding anniversary trip to Europe. We met fabulous new friends, bathed in the sea and simply relaxed....it was perfect. Spectacular setting and so quite. Thank you Sarah, your attention to detail is remarkable! We had a fabulous time.

Our family has had the most perfect holiday in this idlyic spot and most comfortable villa. Sarah you have thought of everything. Our time was filled with lazy days on the balcony and beach, numerours trips on the ferry to Trogir and constant amazement of the beauty of this spot.
