This condo is our home away from home. We can't always be in it, so we rent it, but very few times and only to the right people. That is why you will never see a lot of reviews for this property. The same people keep coming back. Marco island is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the golf coast from this lovely 2br/2ba beach front condo at the highly regarded sandcastle ii property. Desired south facing view, providing an excellent view of the beach and gulf.

If you're tired of renting outdated condo's with old furniture and sterile white tile floors then our condo is for you!

Beautiful 2br floor plan living area +a large lanai.

Dark wood porcelain floors, Italian modern furniture, a sleek Italian kitchen, huge all glass master shower(6'x6'). An empty master closet to allow you to spread your wings and no clutter!

We are a family of four, our daughters are both in college.We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and live in Chicago.

We were very lucky in acquiring this property, south facing views are quite rare, the property was completely rehabbed and updated with a very sleek modern look. However, we have gone to great lengths to keep the condo comfortable and relaxing.

We chose this condo because of the pictures posted in the ad on VRBO- the pictures are beautiful, but seeing is believing! Everything in the unit is fresh, updated and very user friendly. The spacious great room is ideal for relaxing before and after a day at the beach. The views from all rooms are superb and the lanai is spectacular. The Sandcastles lobby, grounds and pool are very well maintained, clean and secure. If the opportunity presents itself, we would undoubtedly choose to spend another month in this unit.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with a southwest exposure-the very best for the Gulf sunsets! Condo has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary motif. Well appointed kitchen for those who choose to cook and then eat on the large deck and take in those glorious sunsets! Condo is well located in prime spot on S. Collier Blvd in well maintained secure high rise. Great for that quiet getaway from those winter blues. Great for a couple who want a place to entertain grandkids. I would definitely rent again; however, our family has grown to size that two bedroom can't accommodate the tribe!

Sandcastle sits on Marco Island beach. It is one of the few that sits out so far that you get a view down the beach from our condo. Watch beautiful sunsets on the ocean and in the morning from the balcony you can also see the sunrise. Walk to shops and restaurants across the street. Stay in and enjoy the local cuisine from the farmer’s market. Wednesday’s they have a carry in down in the social room. All are welcome. Meet new friends. Golf courses are close by. Marina is just down the road to rent a boat or get on the Marco Island Princess for a dinner cruise. Of course there is parasailing and wave runners on the beach that can be rented. Plenty to do or just relax and do nothing, it is your choice.
