About Kai Ohuchi
Troy and Cecilia were born and raised in Anchorage Alaska, however Hawaii is their second home. They have visited and vacationed in Hawaii for over 40 years and have finally found the perfect location and realized a life long dream of having a second residence there. Kona is the perfect getaway from the long cold Alaska winters: many times a 100 degree difference for only a 5 hour non stop flight makes it very appealing.

We were adamant to have a view from our residence and were lucky enough to get one of the few units with a full unobstructed view of the golf course from our private lanai. Having the beach less than a ½ mile away is the other key to the location of our unit, 4 miles of white sand beach is a blessing to have just a short walk or golf cart ride away (cart included). Combine the view, the beach, a 2 acre recreational area with 2 swimming pools and a state of the art workout facility and you have a complete package with something for everyone.
Kamilo has restaurants, shopping and a grocery store within a mile of the unit so everything you want and need is at your fingertips.
What makes this townhome unique
Being built in 2013 makes it a newer unit with new and upgraded amenities and appliances.
