First for the location: We are centrally located to the Beach (4 tenths of a mile) and the Village (7 tenths of a mile), we are a couple of blocks closer to the Beach and Village than the ever popular Mallery Street rentals such as Ocean Walk. We are an easy walk to the Beach, and our closest public access to East Beach is at the King and Prince Resort. Just in case that you don't want to walk, we also have 6 Bikes for the family ranging from 12' with training wheels for the toddlers, to Cruising Bikes for the Adults. Bikes not your speed? Then hop on your very own Golf Cart (seats 4 adults) that we provide for your stay with us.
When you arrive at our Condo, you will park your car in our Garage, this is especially nice if you are arriving in the rain or at dark. After parking, you will be able to empty all of your travel items into your very own personal in-suite elevator and ride up into the Condo. The Elevator runs throughout the entire unit. The first floor being the Garage, the Second Floor is the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen, and the Third Floor includes the 3 bedrooms. You will not need to climb a single step in our unit!

The unit also has a Stack-On Personal Safe for your use. It is very discreetly hidden, the location will be provided in your rental information.
Now for the fun for everyone. Our complex contains beautifully maintained grounds with many beautiful ponds. The ponds are stocked and we have several local ducks that everyone feed. Fishing is allowed in the pond. The complex pool (picture) is impecabbly maintained. The Pool can only be accessed by guest with Pool Passes. Only one person in the group at the pool needs a pool pass. It operates the lock on the gate. We have 4 Pool Passes available for our guests use, as well as numerous Pool and Beach Toys for the little kids and the big Kids!
The pool is not heated, and is closed from November till March each year.
The bottom line is, we have something for everyone from a romantic honeymoon for a couple or memorable family vacation.
If you have never been to St Simons Island before, there are tons to do. Our favorites are Beaching and Shopping in the Village.
The Village includes many small shops and eateries that are wonderful. Our favorite restaurants in the village are Palmers Café, 4th of July and Half Shell (Best Oysters on the Island IMHO).
Must have meals for us are also Halyards, for upscale dining, and Indigo Coastal Shanty (casual).
We have researched some of the activities on the island and tried to ensure that we have the items you need to enjoy them, we have a Frisbee Golf course on the island and we have 8 discs available for your use at the condo. For Beaching we have toys for the kiddos, but also beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, lots of beach towels, we even have a tent like shelter that you can use.
You will NOT be disappointed is you stay with us. We have tried incredibly hard to ensure that we have thought of everything for your vacation!

My Husband and I have made St Simons Island an anniversary tradition over the years. We had come to a point in our lives where we were blessed enough to afford purchasing our condo. So on our last anniversary trip to the island, Sept 2013, we decided to start looking. We dove into being vacation rental owners head first! This is our first property and hopefully not our last. I really enjoyed designing our condo exactly as I desired it to be. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We looked at several different condos and houses on the island. We were really leaning toward having a house versus a condo, but when we entered the Demere Landing complex things got complicated. We looked at a few units in Demere Landing, with the first one being the most expensive. The moment I opened the door of the kitchen (which I thought was a closet) and saw the elevator, I was blown away. Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine owning a property with its own personal elevator. After that, I insisted our broker only show us units with an elevator. When we looked at what eventually became our very own Taylor Made Paradise, I knew it was the one. Sure the carpet needed to be removed, the walls were horrible colors, and there was horrid wallpaper all over the walls, but I knew this was my diamond in the rough. I am so proud of what I have accomplished in this condo, I hope you find it special too!
I fell in love with our condo with the fact that it had a garage. Everything else that was available had outside parking and I like the added security and ease of having a drive in garage. Of course, there's also the elevator, I could go on and on about the elevator. I still can't believe that I have a home with an elevator! The bones of the condo were good, it had nice solid surface counter tops in the kitchen and decent cabinets, the bedrooms were great and just needed repainting.
Our condo is centrally located to East Beach and the Village. The Village features many small shops and eateries. The Pier is located at the end of the village and Neptune Park and the Lighthouse are also in the village area. There are many types of activities for visitors to the island. For history buffs, we have Fort Frederica at the North end of the island as well as many other historical areas and museums. There are numerous parks located on the island. We have World Class Golfing, spas and salons. You can also visit Jekyll Island as it is only 10 miles or so away.
