The West End house in The Amphitheatre development, on the side of Table Mountain, offers unparallelled views over Cape Town towards Table Bay and, to the West, The Lion's Head. The luxurious living area, with open plan kitchen, large lounge and dining areas are on the first floor, leading onto a sun terrace to the North and dining terrace to the West. Downstairs on the lower floor are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms leading to another terrace and access to the Amphitheatre, gardens and pool.

The marble floors and cream carpets add to the ambience, all with air-conditioning and under-floor heating. Furnishings are to the highest standards and include a 42' plasma TV screen in the lounge along with teek sunbeds, outside dining furniture and gas barbeque.

There is underground car parking for two cars and maid service is provided three days per week. Restaurants are in easy reach on Kloof road and Camp's Bay five minutes by car.
