Being part of the Bear Mountain Resort lifestyle I thoroughly enjoy the lifestyle it has to offer. Whether it's golfing, hiking or meeting friends at the local establishments such as Jacks Place, Bears Den Coffee Shop and the Westin there is always plenty to do to embrace my social lifestyle as well as the serenity to welcome those quiet days.
Great Stay!!!! -Amanda was EXCELLENT to deal with, from start to finish. -Very informative and pays attention to the details, to ensure stay is great and inviting. -Very nice décor with very nice "feel" to the place. -Great, Serene Location. - Excellent Layout, with LOTS of windows and Sunlight!!!! - HUGE place, very comfortable .. high quality amenities. - Underground, secure parking with elevator is awesome. - Being on top of Bear Mountain was PERFECT... easy drive to Victoria. -Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a "Home away from Home" .. no cheap Hotel amenities. Thanks Amanda, -The Monk Family
We stayed in this Condo for 4 nights in March with our 2 boys. It was such a relaxing stay, the condo felt very homey. It was also very close to everything we needed (Golfing, Tim Hortons, Costco) and a short drive and we were downtown Victoria. We also enjoyed taking walks up Bear Mountain. We would definatly stay here again!
We stayed in this suite as an alternative to a hotel while we were in town on business. It was like a working vacation! We really enjoyed the close access to parks and trails. The drive into downtown Victoria was also fast and easy. It was nice to stay in a fully functioning suite with all of the amenities of home.
We stayed for a week over spring break with our two young boys. This unit is quite large with everything you could need for your stay. Our boys enjoyed having their own bedroom upstairs away from Mom & Dad. It was located plenty close enough to downtown, a 15 to 20 minute drive, for all of our excursions.
We would stay here again.
'There is plenty of family activities here on Bear Mountain such as the Mountainside Athletic Club that has an outdoor pool, hot tub and gym. Other things to do are golfing, hiking trails, restaurants (ie, Jacks Place that offers beach volleyball and great pub style food as well as sushi- all ages welcome).
Off the mountain (5 mins down the hill- right at the foot of Bear mountain) there is All Fun Park which offers go karting, batting cages etc.
Search 'All Fun Park Langford'
Then about 10 mins away is City Centre Park that has bowling, kids splash water park, outdoor mini golf and an indoor play zone for kids.
Search 'City Centre Park Langford'
Another idea for the little more adventures type is Wild Play located 15 mins away.
Search 'Wild Play Victoria'
Downtown Victoria located approx 20-25 mins away offers plenty of museums, activities, events and plenty of Causeway entertainment from the local buskers. Search 'Tourism Victoria'
Also located just over the Malahat Hwy (North bound on the Trans Canada #1) are an array of local wineries and cideries. Search 'Wine Cowichan'.
