Granite counter tops, farmers sink, mudroom and utility room/half bath with brand new full size washer & dryer. Marble tile bath with shower over and walk - in closet on the 2nd floor, large 3rd floor bedroom and en-suite bath with travertine flooring and a claw foot tub overlooking the water.

Minutes to beaches and walking distance to downtown Portsmouth's fine dining, summer concerts, theaters, boutique and outlet shopping, museums, art galleries, harbor cruises, and night life. A few minutes walk from the house is Sander’s lobster pound where you can buy freshly caught (and prepared) lobster, and just a couple of minutes further you will find a fresh fish market and a fine wine and cheese store. There is also a family-owned market and deli specializing in authentic Italian food just a five minute walk from the house.
