With our sister villa (next door), we can accept groups up to 28. The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Enjoy the huge living area with sumptuous leather sofas & a 53” Wide-Screen TV with digital cable (including HD-DVR service, movie channels, Live English Premier League and more). There are 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms including 2 KINGS, 2 QUEENS. The kids will love the DISNEY BEDROOM and the magically themed JUNGLE BEDROOM with colourful wall murals. Challenge a friend to a game of Pool, Air Hockey or Football whilst watching TV in the LARGE GAMES ROOM. The kids can also entertain themselves with the PLAYSTATION 2. The villa has the privilege of being only 8 miles from the Disney Theme parks, 1 mile north of the 192 just along Highway 27. Sunrise Lakes has the benefit of being in an attractive and peaceful area and is within 2 minutes of a large variety of supermarkets including Walmart, services and restaurants. From Highway 192, all major theme parks are easily accessible.

Other Activities: Disney is 8 miles away. Sea World, Universal and Islands of Adventure are approx 20-25 mins drive. Community Pool, Cabana and playground

Golf: As well as offering unlimited attractions for families, Florida is the world's top golf destination with Orlando one of the focal points of the state, offering the spectacular beauty of some of the most well kept golf courses in America. You really are spoiled for choice from over 150 courses within a 45 minute drive from downtown Orlando. Our villa is very close to Mystic Palms, Orange Lakes and the Disney courses, and only about 15 minutes drive to Celebration, Highlands Reserve, Champions Gate and Falcons Fire. Numerous others are within 20-30 minutes drive. Two sets of men's golf clubs are available upon request at no extra charge.

Fantastic Villa :)

This was our second stay at this villa and once again it didn't disappoint! We found the villa in an excellent condition, clean and well kept. The accommodation is excellent and the house is very well equipped. We travel from the UK and there are 11 of us in total consisting of 2 families. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding etc is all clean and of a high standard. We requested a cot and high chair this year which were provided and there were also 2 strollers provided that we didn't even ask for! The pool is well kept and clean with plenty of beds and chairs.

The location is very close to Disney, about a 10 minute drive and about half an hour from Universal. The 192 has brilliant restaurants and plenty of them. There are also a couple of supermarkets very close by (Wal-mart and Publix). We would definitely stay here again.

The only disappointing thing about this villa is when we have to leave!

We've made this our place of choice when annually visiting Orlando with our 6 year old son. His opinion and our is it's our home away from home. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful vacation house, we all loved the pool and game room. I really liked the hot tub after a long day at the parks. We all had plenty of room and everything was right at our finger tips. Everything listed was as good or better than listed and we would love to rent again on our next adventure to Orlando. Being so close to everything made the vacation smooth and easy

Wonderful time away

We had a wonderful time with our family of 6 staying at Citrus Palms. My children enjoyed many hours in the game room, playing in the heated pool and the themed rooms. The Master bedroom was a perfect retreat for my husband and I. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, as well as within walking distance to a nice grocery store. When the coffee maker stopped working we were brought a new one several hours later.

Lesson Learned

This property was very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would personally reccomend and strongly encourage anyone who stays at this property to take pictures upon arrival and at their departure. We were charged for petty things such as a spot on the carpet and for garbage that was left behind that wasn't ours. Unforunately, out of a large amount for a security deposit we only recieved a little more than half back. But in the end it was a lesson learned and all that matter is our kids really enjoyed themselves!
Owner's Response: We encourage all of our guests to report any damage found upon arrival at the villa to our management company so you will not be charged. Our cleaners and management company reported that the house was not well respected by this guest. Pictures were taken by the management company and sent to me and the guest. The guest admitted to me in an email that the stain on the carpet came from their son cutting his foot and that stains on the chair were from food when the kids ate. No attempt was made to remove the stains. The house was left in such a state that we were charged an extra fee by the normal cleaners to clean the villa, plus a fee by a carpet cleaner to remove the stains from the carpet and chairs. Our management company also charged a fee for trash removal since so much trash was left at the villa. These fees were passed on to the guests.
