This impressive property is situated in the hills above the picturesque medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup with it's lively village square and many restaurants. Set in over an acre of rambling gardens, with rolling lawns spreading towards the surrounding olive groves, there are fantastic views over the Mediterranean and the Cote d'Azur. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, the villa has five bedrooms, comfortably providing accommodation for up to 10 people. All rooms have either garden, pool or sea views and have been decorated in a light Provencal style. The living room is high ceilinged with French windows opening onto a panoramic terrace. Facilities include satellite TV, DVD (plus selection of films), CD player and books and games cupboard. There's a separate dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a laundry room. The swimming pool (10x5m) is lined with sunbeds and there's an outdoor teak table shaded by palms with family sized BBQ.

The villa is situated about 1km outside the unspoilt medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup with its many shops, galleries and lively restaurants. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk or short drive into the village. About 5 minutes drive away is the historic town of St Paul de Vence - home of the Impressionist painters and now a centre for contemporary art. Between the mountains and the Mediterranean, the property is ideally located for easy access to both the surrounding villgaes and the beaches of the Cote d'Azur. It's only 25 minutes to Cannes and Antibes, 20 minutes to Valbonne, Grasse and half and hour from Nice airport.
