Another great holiday in costa del sol this apartment situated in the Los Boliches area acts as a great base to explore the surroundings the apartment is clean and tidy and very well maintained and very reasonably priced with all the things inside to make your stay in spain really nice ,the Los Boliches area is very close to Fuengirola one stop on the local train which is a five minuite walk from the apartment also this train runs direct out of Malaga airport so no expensive transfer fees its ten euro for four people also the beach at Los Boliches is excellent and if you are self catering you will find both the local supermarkets extremely good value for money with all the things stocked that you would expect at home the Mercadona at the end of the hotel Nuriasol is two minuites walking distance also the Nuriasol will allow you in to drink and watch widescreen TV in there lovely bars.
The area is great for eating and drinking out with lots of local spanish bars and two local english places for breakfast Uppa Crust and for Dinner and evening meals Kon Tiki all within walking distance and easy to find both with excellent quality food Kon Tiki prides itself with the best english fish and chips on the island ,there is a water park close by and a cablecar that climbs up the steep mountains at Benalmadena also some great shops at Torremolinos again all easy to get to by the train .
The Owners David and Barbara are nice people and nothing is ever a problem I have stayed in both there properties also check out there other one in Mijas Costa.

This apartment is absolutely great. From the minute I booked it the owner answered all my questions and was extremely helpful.

The description of this flat is accurate regarding location, layout, etc. What you see in the pictures is what it actually is. It was clean and well maintained. Loved the area it was in living among the Spanish people. There was a beautiful bakers on the doorstep and new supermarket just along the road. It was also very near to Los Boliches train station.

I would, without a doubt, have no hesitation in recommending this flat to friends and family and cannot wait to book it again.

My wife and I enjoyed our weeks stay in this apartment.It is great value for money.It is described as a "Budget Apartment" and we did not expect out and out luxury, but the apartment was comfortable and had all the facilities you might need.
As a Horse racing fan I was really pleased to find the TV channels included both Racing UK and ATR- which was great during the Cheltenham Festival.
There is an excellent Bakers/Cake shop (Panaderia) in the apartment block and a nice little bar just a few steps away from the entrance doors.
It is in a good location for the bars and restaurants and we particularly liked a Restaurant named Los enebros which is located on the Avenue Jesus Cautivo.
The direction we received from the owner were first class and we had no problems finding the apartment.
We had excellent weather and were able to spend a few days on the beach, which is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
We would certainly consider using this apartment again
