Photos and Description of the Sarzeau vacation villa rental

The house was built in the '70s and faces the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the port for boats in front of the house. Fifteen minutes walk to the beach and to the nearest shops (400-500m). Embarkment for the islands of the Golfe du Morbihan and the Islands of Houat and Hoëdic (without cars!) at a few miles. Market in front of the house on Mondays, in summer. Oysters, lobsters and mussels in season.

The villa is a perfect location for a beach and cultural stay in South Brittany. Charming destination for a family summer holiday or a quiet low season retreat with so much on offer. A short drive takes you to a 18-hole golf course, museums, historical (such as the medieval castle of Suscinio) or pre historical (megalithic) sites. And do not hesitate to try the several beaches of the vicinity (on the golf du Morbihan or on the Ocean). Fishing. Periodical attractions on the harbour such as the antique feast... Concerts in historical sites. Embankment for the islands of the Golfe du Morbihan and the Islands of Houat and Hoëdic (without cars!) at a few miles. Oysters, lobsters and mussels in season.

  • Charges are extra
  • Damage deposit : 320 €
  • Advance payment : 40% of the rental price.
  • 40 per cent non refundable deposit due at booking (via Western Union, e.g.) with the signed contract of location and proof of personal liability insurance covering this stay (clause usually included in the house insurance in Europe and North-America); booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and cashed. Breakage deposit: 300 euros. Part of water and electricity is included in the price per week. Extra water and electricity (especially in low season) is due on departure. Gas for the cooking is provided.
    Optional extra charges: cleaning lady; wood for the chimney (payable on arrival when booked with the contract).
    Under no circumstances shall the owner liability exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period. If the tenant does not appear on the date mentioned on the contract, the contract is considered cancelled.
