  A telephone for local calls, and a WiFi Internet connection are included in the price. A one-off charge of 95 Euros for check-in and out, Internet, Satellite TV, cleaning, laundry, pool & garden services etc. is applicable to the overall quote. If you desire extra maid/laundry services at any time during your stay, this can be arranged.
  
  For stays of 14 nights or longer, we provide a complementary maid service for a full day each week, on a day of your choice during your stay.
  
  50% is payable upon booking. The balance is due up to 4 weeks prior to occupancy.
  
  Cancellation refunds:
  • up to 8 weeks - 25% cancellation charge (50% of deposit)
  • from 8 to 4 weeks - 50% of rate charged (100% of deposit)
  • Less than 4 weeks - no refund.
  
  A R 5000 security deposit (or £/€/$ equivalent) is payable at the handing over of the keys at the beginning of your stay, refundable in full if no damages or losses are incurred
