About Sam Lester
Sam and Pat are newly retired from their respective jobs and are gradually moving to Largo, Fl. from their residence in Virginia. Most of our family is already here so we will be happy to be with them. But part of the year we still spend in Virginia
Sam Lester purchased this house in 2013
Why Sam Lester chose Largo
When we found this house and it seemed to fulfill all our needs. We wanted to be close to the beach but not in a flood zone. We enjoy being active so walking around Taylor Park with our two dogs or bicycling the Pinellas Trail have encouraged our love of exercise. We've painted all the rooms in light, soft shades of coral, embracing the warm of Florida style. In landscaping the yards, we use Florida friendly plants that need a minimum of watering and fertilizer. It has been fun bring bring this house 'to life'.
