Located in the oceanfront complex of Sea Village on Alii Drive, this newly renovated, third floor (top floor) condo speaks for itself! It is clean, comfortable and inviting; not to mention that it has an expansive ocean view that overlooks the swimming pool. You can relax and enjoy watching yellow tangs, parrot fish, spinner dolphins, turtles, whales and more right from your lanai!

The unit has been tastefully decorated and features all new furniture and household items (linens, kitchenware, etc). The bedroom hosts a comfortable Cal King bed with matching lamps and nightstands, and a good sized closet makes it easy to unpack and settle into your island home! The bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower with built in seating.

The kitchen features plenty of cabinet and counter space and overlooks the combination living/dining room area. The dining room table comfortably seats four guests or you can eat out on the lanai and take in the beautiful views! The living room hosts a Queen Sized sleeper sofa, coffee table, matching end tables and lamps, as well as a Smart TV.

The unit also has a small washer/dryer for your convenience.

Sea Village rules state smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas in the parking lot.

Great location ocean front!

My wife and I stayed 2weeks in this oceanfront condo to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The unit was everything we hoped for: clean, updated, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen

Our only complaint was the lack of adequate wifi. We were constantly "timed out" from most websites we visited, including our email. We finally gave up and used our phone data for Internet, which sent us over our monthly data allotment (ugh...$$). The owner's HOA condo dues include wifi, but they are NOT getting what they pay for!

Beautiful View

My wife and I spent ten weeks in this wonderful completely refurbished condo. Perfect for a couple who don't mind a 3rd floor walk up. Fantastic view of waves 50 feet away and Kona harbor in the distance. Full size fridge and counter space make meal preporation easy. The pool is very close and this condo allows easy access.

We are looking forward to returning to this condo.

Great Spot

I spent a week in this unit by myself during early May. Its obvious that the condo was recently refurbished with all new paint, floor upgrades and new furniture. The kitchen is excellent. The view is great. The bedroom is behind the kitchen and offers no outside view. Like the rest of the unit, the bedroom was recently refurbished and upgraded. The patio furniture on the lanai appears brand new and top of the line stuff. The unit would be great for a couple and perhaps one child. I would not recommend it for two adult couples for any kind of an extended staff, simply due to size. Its also third floor walkup which wasn't a problem for me but could be for someone who has mobility problems.

Notes Sea Village started repairs on the property this past May and ongoing construction/maintenance is scheduled to continue through November 2015. We are currently offering a "construction special" at $125/night for bookings with arrivals between April and the end of November (2015) with the understanding that there may be some noise disruptions during their stay.
We will be happy to process your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) payment for an additional 3.5% + General Excise & Transient Accommodations Tax or should you chose, we can send you a link through Intuit to pay from your bank account directly for FREE.

50% is due upon the time of booking and the remaining portion is due 60 days prior to arrival.
