This villa is new on the market, has many upgrades just completed in December 2013 and was just accepted into the Platinum Maui Ohana in January 2014. The building, #27, this villa resides in is special because it's located on the top row of the complex, but unlike most on the upper row, looks down the 10th fairway with no other buildings below. This serene P level, 2 BR, (2 master suite), ground floor villa is very spacious, (approx 1400 sq ft), convenient to access, and has a private lanai (patio) with a grassy area then Kapalua Bay golf course and ocean view just beyond.
New furnishings, quality beds and clean, fresh linens make this home away from home a perfect choice!

This property is marketed online and by word of mouth by Platinum Maui Vacations which is a dba of Vacation Marketing Inc, a small travel agency and activity provider licensed in the state of Hawaii. We are based and exclusive to West Maui/ Kapalua. We are 'on island contacts' for the guests of our proud owners of these exclusive high end properties. All the properties we market have been updated to a standard beyond many claiming a 'gold' standard. That standard is fine for some but our owners decided they wanted something different with custom features more suiting to their own taste rather than the cookie cutter template models.
Much of what makes our guests experience special is the onsite services we include at a competitive price. Our concierge service includes meeting all our guests at the villas with traditional Hawaiian lei greetings, help in with luggage and groceries, OR, (we stock the groceries prior to arrival at no extra charge); a personal tour thru the villa highlighting all the amenities and how they work and all the while, answering any questions they may have from a locals perspective. We are on call for our guests 24/7 while they are on island. We want to be sure you are comfortable and confident in your home away from home.

Our 6th trip to Hawaii and this was the best condo we've stayed in. Although not on the ocean it has a fantastic ocean view. We could see whales right from our lanai!
Every detail in the condo is taken care of, truly perfection. We will definitely return!
Beautiful 2 bedroom condo located right by the golf course. Very spacious and nicely furnished. The shuttle service will take you anywhere around the area and made it very convenient for us to get around. Our host, Dave, was very helpful and stayed at the condo to welcome us even though we arrived at 11 pm. Will stay there again when we head back to Maui.

We recently stayed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo while in Kapalua with some friends. It is a beautiful place, recently remodeled, and done well. Very clean, private separate bedrooms and attached baths, and a nice common area. As a bonus - wonderful view of sunset from the back patio (at least in May). Dave was available, gave tips on local restaurants and helped with a few needs during our stay. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully someday!).
This condo has all the amenities you could ask for! Two gorgeous master suites with nice bathrooms,and large central area with all new appliances. Beautiful views of the golf course. We felt like we had a private pool because no one was using it except us. If we should be back on the Island of Maui we would certainly book this condo again.
