The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, and a guest cloakroom. The living area is comfortably furnished with soft sofas and chairs, and offers Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. A terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool area. The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and its own private balcony with views of the clear blue sea. The two further twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, and the master bedroom has a safe box. Outside, the private pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds, large umbrellas, tables, chairs and a covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a built barbeque area to the side, and also a separate shower room and a covered mini kitchen with a sink and small refrigerator to ensure poolside refreshments are kept cool.

Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea, both areas possessing a unique character and charm. Pissouri Bay has an informal collection of excellent fish tavernas and restaurants along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach, all within easy walking distance. The views over the Bay are idyllic, whether admiring the shimmering sea, the countryside and shoreline stretching eastwards towards Limassol, or inland to the Troodos mountains. The centre of the village, set in an elevated position, offers a good number of tavernas, cafes and shops set around the pretty, traffic free village square, which plays host to a popular weekly 'Cyprus Night' with food, wine, music and dancing during the summer months. Although the new highway has brought Pissouri closer to the major towns of Paphos and Limassol, the area still possesses an air of relaxation, peace & tranquillity.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are fully inclusive of welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. Air-conditioning for cooling or heating is included except for the large unit in the ground floor hallway which, if required, is available for a supplement of 35 euros per week, payable locally.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
