4 bedroom beach house, Itaparica Island, Brazil

The house is in a family condominium at Coroa Beach, Itaparica Island, near Salvador City, the capital of Bahia State, Brazil. Coroa is a native fishermen small village. The condominium is just in front of the beach, in a 3.600m2 piece of land, with two swimming pools and a native housekeeper that lives in a house at the backyards. The beach is good for children and adults, with no high waves, and there are good places for swimming or diving. The Baía de Todos os Santos (All Saints Bay) water temperature is about 26ºC (79ºF) all over the year, with a small variation. The whether is sub-tropical, the sun shines strongly most of the days in the year and the temperature varies between 20ºC/68ºF (winter) and 32ºC/90ºF (summer). It is called the endless summer. In summer, people use to stay in beach bathing suit all day long till sleeping time. The house has refrigerator, freezer and TV and it is for 8 adults in 4 bedrooms. It is to be rent only for families, not for singles groups.
