Photos and Description of the Villaverde vacation villa rental 2 master bedrooms - en suite bathrooms/dressing rooms, 2 large twin bedrooms.

With crystal clear waters, pristine beaches, air so pure that lichen freely grows, Fuerteventura is the ideal location for our Spa Villa. We have sourced the best specialists for activities such as 1- 1 surfing, horse riding, golf and personal training. The masseur will visit the spa villa upon request. Robes and slippers are provided for use with the large steam room and heated pool. The villa is climate controlled with 5 flat screens throughout and the finest Egyptian cotton. The large kitchen has all the best appliances - Thermador hob with barbecue, Sub Zero with automatic ice, purified water on tap and a Waring Juicer. One of the architectural features of the villa is the central courtyard with it's North African Palm. The mature tropical garden has bananas, dates, figs, lemons, chillies, basil and Aloe Vera, one of the best known plants for skin and health. The smooth running of the spa villa comes courtesy of the in-house team - housekeeper, gardeners, pool cleaner & technician

  • £1,200 - £1,600 per week. Non refundable deposit of 20% upon booking. Full payment 4 weeks prior + deposit. All Charges Remitter. All rates quoted are subject to availability, school holidays & number of guests. Prices quoted are based on 4 people staying in the villa. In high season each additional person will be an extra £75 per week. In low season each additional person will be an extra £50 per week. A deposit of £500 is required to guarantee against any breakages & this will be returned providing there is no loss/damage to the villa or its contents.

Notes: 1 of the master suites has an en suite dressing room and wet room. The other master suite has en suite dressing room and bathroom. As a spa villa, the house is more suited to adults.

Further details for this vacation villa rental in Villaverde, Canary Islands

Notes:: Guests are normally welcomed from 3pm onwards and are expected to vacate by 11am on day of departure. Should any additional guests to the number booked plan to stay at the villa, please advise us in advance as we will need to prepare extra linen for rooms. No smoking indoors but ashtrays provided on terraces outside main bedrooms and patio area. The solar heated swimming pool is 12m by 4m, and approx 1.2m deep. We produce our own electricity and our own drinking water.

A £500 deposit against loss / damage will be required in advance.

We do feed from time to time 1 or 2 stray cats. They will not come closer to anyone than a few meters but we are both animal lovers and prefer animal lovers as guests. They do not come in the house.

What an Island , what a villa! Paella round the table with great wine, a film in the sitting room after a days kite surfing, swimming pool races with everyone cheering…. What a holiday!

A wonderfully well put together oasis of calm and relaxation. Beautifully appointed throughout, our stay has been made by the quality of our surroundings.

We just don’t want to leave! Staying at CasaVerde was like living as a king, a real oasis of peace , beauty, design and comfort

This villa is the perfect basis for discovering the mystic Fuerteventura and so we did!

die villa ist ruhe und entspannung in absolut gepflegtem ambiente. das haus bietet problemlos platz und rückzugsmöglichkeiten für, wie in unserem Falle, eine drei-generationen-familie.
der garten ist geschmackvoll angelegt und läd zum relaxen am pool ein.
wir können diesen urlaubsort nur weiter empfehlen.
