Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

We traveled on Spring Break with our college age children for a family vacation. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone! We had the capability of cooking with such a well stocked kitchen but with so many excellent restaurants nearby, we didn't fully utilize the kitchen. A wondeful town and a great vacation! Also, we rented a car and there was no need of one. It was more trouble than it was worth. Parking is expensive!

Such a wonderful "find"!

  • 5 of 5

Everything was just perfect with this beautiful apartment in the heart of Old Montreal. We were a group of 6 adults with a toddler and the space was very ample. Multiple seating areas, open floor arrangement on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms that were all good sizes made for easy and very comfortable living for all of us. Everything is beautifully appointed -- kitchen, baths, decorative touches all around, a blend of antique and contemporary furniture, and appliances that were all top notch. We ate in, since we had our grandson with us, shopping at a supermarket that was a 15 minute walk away and preparing dinner conveniently with all the kitchenware provided. The windows are large and afford interesting and picturesque views of the Old Montreal streets, while letting in wonderful sunlight. The location is great, in the heart of the old city, but walking distance to downtown and the Metro station. Ann-Marie was very accommodating with all my pre-trip questions and Wilbrod met us as planned to show us the apartment. We were all so very happy and appreciative that such a lovely, spacious, inviting, and well-located apartment was available for our family vacation. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Home in Old Montreal

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week in this beautiful town home in Old Montreal during New Year's week. We were welcomed by Wilbrod and made to feel at home. He even assisted us with our luggage. It is perfect for families or multiple couples. Each floor is well designed and furnished. All of the kitchenware and bath products are top of the line. Merci for the use of your wonderful home!

Another five-star rating

  • 5 of 5

We were four adults and a small child. All the superlative reviews online about this apartment stand up after our visit in person. The place was exceedingly comfortable, beautifully appointed and well-equipped. We cooked every day and needn't have brought any kitchenware. We only wish we'd visited in weather that would have permitted us to take advantage of the rooftop, which was as impressive as the rest of the apartment.

There was an elevator but it was not (at least at that point) in use. If it were, I'd recommend this place for those with disabilities and trouble with stairs.

Only one word of caution: Montreal's legendary sidewalk snow-removal operations are 24 hours and robust. In the winter, not only at this apartment but anywhere in Old Montreal (where you're always within a few stories of the street), it may make sense to pick up a sleep aid: earplugs, Tylenol PM or even a few bottles of wine. You will rest well on these great beds, but the city's equipment outside can be loud.

Overall a very stylish, clean, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable place to stay.

Beyond what we expected!

  • 5 of 5

My three friends and I arrived Montreal a bit tired from a long day of traveling and we were welcomed by Wilbrod who toured me through the property. Although he did not speak English and I spoke no French he had a verbal cued translator and we did just fine and it was enjoyable translating with him! We were thrilled with the home. First of all it was pristine. The decor was impeccable and we appreciated the love and care that went into the design. We loved it so much we decided one night to simply stay in and cozy up on the glorious sofas in the entertainment room and watch a movie and eat gorgeous local cheeses with fruit! The beds are comfy, the linens are wonderful, the bathrooms are fun, the kitchen (I am a chef) is pure delight for a cook (unfortunately this trip there was no time to cook, but if I had wanted to there was everything imaginable) even an in wall Miele cappuccino machine! Honestly, we would go back just for the house!!! My friends had the master suite and felt that they were in a movie set it was so beautiful! The location is perfection, I used the local spa Bota Bota on the water, it was wonderful, across the street is a pastry shop with delectable croissants, the metro was close by and we were able to walk everywhere including into the Mount Royal park. What more can I say...I think this must be the best property in Montreal to rent!
