About Gerryanne Porter
Aqua Terra is the result of a long personal and business relationship between the Porter and Perry families. Agreed to over a handshake at lunch in Kingston Ontario in 2013, the Porter's and the Perry's set out to redevelop an existing beachfront home and turn it into a vacation rental property they would be proud of.
Todd Perry's engineering background, coupled with Randy Porter's residential construction abilities were an excellent compliment to each other. Once Gerrryanne Porter and Tina Perry agreed to the style of the furnishings and interior, Gerryanne embarked on the journey of researching, selecting and coordinating the set-up of not only the furniture but the linens, small appliances, kitchen amenities and art work that make AquaTerra a very well equipped truly unique vacation property. Having spent months on the island during the construction process Gerryanne is able to answer any and all inquiries about the property and the island in general. Tina Perry brings her financial management abilities to the table keeping a handle on the business side of the unique and beautiful adventure we call AquaTerra.
The Porter's and the Perry's hope that everyone who stays at AquaTerra sees the beauty of the island and the experience at the home as everything they expected and more.
