Beautiful and brand new 2 bedroom and den(with queen size bed ) coach house in fantastic neighbourhood. Stunning hardwood floors throughout, heated tile floors in both bathrooms, stainless steel appliances (including a double oven), quartz counter tops, air conditioning, flat screen Apple TV in living room, TV's in both bedrooms and den, stereo system with speakers throughout the house and on the deck and patio,
The top floor has 2 bedrooms, both with access to an outdoor deck. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of storage and closet space. The second bedroom has a bunk bed - double on the bottom and single on the top, and a large closet plus storage space. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and a shower.
On the main floor there is a kitchen, living room, den and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (double oven, gas stove top, dishwasher, fridge and microwave), quartz counter tops, wood cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room and in the den.The main floor bathroom has a shower. There is a full size stacking washer and dryer. Enjoy the fully fenced patio area outside your private entrance!
Our home is located in the heart of Vancouver within 3 minute walking distance to Canada line, Nat Bailey Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Park and the new Hillcrest pool & recreation center. Commute to downtown Vancouver on the Canada Line (3 stops to the center of the city) or the Vancouver International Airport within 15 minutes. The bus to UBC stops across the street.
Lots of trendy shopping and eateries within walking distance; located in the Main and Cambie corridor near Columbia Street and West King Edward Avenue in one of the closest housing subdivisions to the Vancouver downtown city core.

We had a great stay at the Coach House. Laura is a terrific, friendly hostess who provides excellent accommodations as well as wonderful recommendations for dinners and sight-seeing. The house is modern, clean and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room for the six of us. We have been living in the Cambie area of Vancouver for the past 20 years and have owned this residence since 1996. We built this beautiful coach house on our property in 2013 and started renting it to visitors in June 2013.
We have watched this area blossom into a vibrant exciting neighborhood with exceptional transit convenience to the city center and surrounding areas of interest.
We often take advantage of the many eateries close by on Main st. and love to share a glass of fine red wine. We enjoy walks at Queen Elizabeth & Stanley Park as well as strolls or bike rides along the waterfront at Granville Island and False Creek. We have a very friendly dog that loves to fetch a ball on land or in the water.
We have also been spending our vacation time in the Okanagan for the past 20 years as well and just finished building a cabin on the water in Kelowna in 2011. We have decided to rent it out on a weekly basis during the summer months and monthly for the 9 mos starting October 1 through June 30. We would love to host your stays in both Vancouver and Kelowna/Vernon if your holiday plans permit.
We have met many interesting people from all over the world through this experience and look forward to hosting your stay and assisting you in maximizing the enjoyment of your time in Vancouver and/or in Kelowna.
We purchased this property because WE LOVE VANCOUVER! We wanted to be close to the city core and all that Vancouver has to offer, but close to parks and recreation for our growing family. We are steps from trendy Main Street and 1 1/2 blocks to the Canada Line. You can walk to the top of Queen Elizabeth Park or hop on the Canada Line and be downtown in 10 minutes.
The coach house is fully self contained including air conditioning, dishwasher and washer/dryer. You will have your own outdoor patio area with a bbq to enjoy a meal outside. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. There is a private deck off the two upstairs bedrooms, and there are 2 full bathrooms with heated tile floors. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and comfortable beds. There is a queen size sofa bed in the main floor den and in the living room. We pride ourselves in offering a clean and comfortable home away from home!
