We have daily maid service included in the price. The apartment is non-smoking. The building offers full security and comfort. Split air conditioner in the living room and another in the bedroom. Plasma TV 30 'and 20' room in the bedroom. Broadband wireless Internet. Differentiated for different lighting situations.

The site is Leblon, charming place and apart from RIO is located in the heart of the neighborhood, where everything happens in a must Dias Ferreira. Very busy night with charming restaurants and their tables in the street, a great bookstore 24 hours ahead, where the peak time is early morning. The beach is 2 blocks away. The street has all the services such as laundry, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and fashionable shops.
