The house is located in Turtle Cove, a calm enclave popular with the locals for its fantastic restaurants and bars (Shark Bite, Tiki Hut, Bacci’s, Green Bean Coffee, and more!). Turtle Cove also has a fully equipped gym, a deep-sea fishing charter, and Provo Turtle Divers, the oldest dive operation on the island. If you feel like exploring the island, hire a car, scooter or bike at Scooter Bob’s. All of this is at your fingertips: just a three-minute stroll down the road!
Just around the corner from Turtle Cover is Grace Bay, one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. Grace Bay offers 12 miles of immaculate white sand and pristine turquoise waters. In the early mornings, you can see turtles and dolphins swimming in the clear and balmy shallows. There is also fantastic snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, which is five-minute walk along the shore from Turtle Cove.
Come and savor paradise!
I am a retired software executive from San Francisco, California. I have been living with my wife on Providenciales for the last 6 years. We love living here, as we spend most of the time outdoors, usually taking our dog for a long walk and swim on the beach at Grace Bay. The climate is fabulous all year round, and life is very easy. relaxed and casual. I have 2 adult children who live in San Francisco and Paris.
Yefim Schukin purchased this house in 2004
We chose to buy this house in Turtle Cove because it is by the marina, a short walk to Grace Bay, and has excellent restaurants and bars across the street. This area is very popular with visitors from all over the world.
We love to relax on the deck and watch the sun set over the marina, or sailboats skip across the turquoise waters. We also have a fantastic view of the many fireworks shows across Grace Bay on New Year's. Finally, we love that even in the hot summer, our house is always cooled my the mild ocean breezes that caress our hill--this place is called 'Breezy House' for a reason!
