An apartment within a villa in a quiet, residential district. Just a few minutes from the historical and artistic town centre - ideal for visiting the architectural vestiges left by the various civilisations which have inhabited Syracuse. This is a town with a unique history, as well as being just 25m from the clear blue sea and pebble beach. The apartment has use of an 80m2 lawn, great for enjoying the fresh air. From May-Jun there are classic plays on at the Greek theatre and in Jul and Aug singing and dancing in the Roman amphitheatre. Watch the nativity at Christmas and the passion of Christ at Easter. In December enjoy the St. Lucie parade.

It is also near Eurialo castle (the greatest fortress of the ancient world), Noto is famous for its Sicilian baroque, the Vendicari and Cavagrande nature reserves, the Ciane river, the papyrus fields and the necropolis of Pantalica (a major Sicilian proto-historic site).

  • The price is for the whole apartment and includes all charges (water, gas, electric, heating) and linen (blankets, duvets, towels, tea towels). Booking is secured on payment of 30 percent of the total cost. The balance is payable on arrival along with a deposit of 20 percent. Cleaning at the end of your stay costs 30 EUR. Optional extras: breakfast, cleaning, bike hire.
  • The apartment must be vacated before 10am and you can arrive after 4pm. Other possibilities can be agreed with the owner.
