A beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom home for you & your family/friends. Lots of light, hardwood floors throughout & a great place for just about anyone. Blocks from downtown with a creekside park across the street. Walk or bus to Cornell/IC. Direct bus to Cornell departs from 1 block away every 30 minutes.
A beautiful Cape Cod-style home with all the amenities. All 4 rooms prepared for your arrival, sleeping a total of 8. If needed we can prepare one or two of the rooms with additional beds. There are two rooms upstairs, one large room with a queen size bed, one smaller room with a twin. Downstairs there are also two rooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size futon. The bathroom is on the first floor, accessible to all.
You'll have access to the whole house. Included in your stay is a full-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need for a delicious meal. Also included is high-speed internet, use of the gas grill, and washer & dryer.
We can be involved in your stay as little or as much as desired. If you need guidance as to where to go, when, where, why, and how, we're happy to provide advice and suggestions. We won't be present at the house during your stay but will likely be available and in town if you need something.
Ithaca's Southside Neighborhood is a quiet, residential area with a beautiful park right along Six Mile Creek.
Direct bus to Cornell leaves from 1 block away, 15 min on & off. 20-25 min walk to Cornell or IC. The central Ithaca bus hub is just a few blocks away in the middle of downtown. There's at least one bike provided, 2 additional bikes if we're not using them.
