Luxurious 8 apartment complex, located on the road towards the famous Olu Deniz beach, just outside the mountain resort of Hisaronu, South-West Turkey. Both the resort & beach are within walking distance, or there is a frequent bus service (the dolmus) available just outside the complex. It is a cheap, reliable form of transport. Pinewood number 4 is located on two floors & sleeps 6. The first floor has a twin room, with shaded balcony, a bathroom with bath/shower & a large lounge/dining area. A modern kitchen, well equipped with electric oven, gas hob & fridge/freezer. Two patio doors lead on to a large balcony with barbecue, stunning mountain & sea views. The second floor is a large en-suite double bedroom, with private balcony (not overlooked) & sunbeds. It benefits from all-day sun. The complex has a large pool & gardens with private car parking facilities. Air Conditioning, a safe, iron & board are available free of charge. Transfers from the airport can be arranged.

The main resort of Hisaronu is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, or a 2 minute dolmus ride away. It has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. You can book tours, experience a Turkish bath or just wander around the many streets. The local market is on a Saturday. If you want to take a trip to the main town of Fethiye, it is a 15 minute ride on the dolmus. Fethiye is one of the remaining traditional towns in the region of Mugla. The town itself is full of Turkish culture and history and there are many reminders of Fethiye's past dotted around the town. It boasts a large number of shops and restaurants. This is where you will find the harbour, with restaurants along the quay. The main market in Fethiye is on a Tuesday and Friday. Olu Deniz is world famous for its outstanding blue lagoon. Its classed one of the best European beaches and is a short dolmus ride away. Kaya, a quaint historic village, is also a short dolmus ride away and well worth a visit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The full payment is not required until 2 weeks before your departure date.
    Prices are based on 4 people sharing. An additional charge of £25 per person per week is payable for parties of 5 or more. For stays for more or less than 1 week, daily rate charges are pro-rata.
  • The cost of your holiday includes one mid-week clean per week. If you require more cleaning this will cost an additional £20 per clean. Also within the price is the use of a safe deposit box, air conditioning, satellite TV, BBQ, iron and board. You will receive complementary tea/milk/water/sugar on arrival.

Notes: There are 3 balconies: The main balcony has a large patio table, 6 chairs and a BBQ. The master bedroom has a private un-overlooked balcony with sun beds and the twin room balcony benefits from the shade provided by the pine trees. There is a shower in both bathrooms. One is a stand alone cubicle, the other is in the bath. There are steps leading up to the first floor and a few to get down to the pool. There is 24 hours security on site.

Property details: The property is 3 years old and all of the equipment and furniture is new. There are two sunbeds by the pool in addition to the two on the balcony of the master bedroom. The covers are kept inside the storage cupboard in the master bedroom.

Airport transfers: We have English relatives living nearby who can arrange for airport transfers and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the town or nearby area. We can also offer you a discount in two nearby restaurants.

Apartment is one of block of eight and is clean, good views, reasonably well situated (approx 10 min walk to Hisaronu) albeit overlooking a busy road at the front and a pine forest at the rear hence rooms at the rear are quieter. Adequately equipped. A CD player would be useful. If TV viewing is a priority, it has limited English speaking channels. Swiiming pool area is good (with sunbeds) surrounded by gardens. Some Turkish residents occupying other apartments are very friendly. Dolmus taxis stop outside.
