Those properties are set in the peaceful Springs development in Emirates Hills/Dubai. They are close to all amenities and not far from Jumeirah Beach. There are 3 golf courses nearby and many leisure clubs with swimming pools and facilities.The villas comprise 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.The villas have 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villas cool. Entertainment : The villas have television DVD, satellite/cable. The music system will play CDs, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone and a fax machine. Eating & living : There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking staff

Dubai city is not far either and the villas are extremely well located all round.

Nearest Airport: Dubai Airport at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Sheikh Zayed Road at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres
Car: recommended
Upon exiting the airport go towards Jebel Ali by using the Sheik Zayed road. Upon arriving Dubai Marina at Interchange 5 on Sh. zayed road (Hard Rock Cafe), turn left over the interchange and follow the direction to Emirates Hills. Upon entering Emirates Hills please follow the signs for Springs. Follow the sign Springs 2. when you enter Springs 2 you turn right and go to street 9. At street 9 you turn left and look for Villas 24 & 25. That's it !!!! You reached at your villa !!!!!
