With floor area of 100 square metres and very spacious rooms, the apartment has sleeping capacity of 4+2 persons and is ideally suited for a large family, two couples or a group of friends. It is centrally located in green surroundings close to everything that a demanding visitor may need - shops, bank, post-office, supermarket, green market, tourist information centre, recreational facilities, restaurants, café bars and terraces with live music. A short walk through a pedestrian tree-lined alley takes you to the many beaches, while the whole area abounds with picturesque seaside walks in the shade of Mediterranean trees. The old town with its historical and cultural attractions is a 10-minute bus ride away. Air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, laundry machine, large living room, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, Internet access, ample sanitary spaces and two balconies with flower beds make any length of stay equally comfortable in summer or winter.

The apartment is located in the centre of Lapad, the green area of Dubrovnik. It exits to a tree-lined pedestrian alley, fully renovated several years ago with flower-beds, grass areas, and new lighting, giving the surrounding area a beautiful new appearance. In the immediate neighbourhood are supermarket, shops, bank, post-office, green market, tennis grounds, tourist information centre, open-air restaurants and caffe bars. Within a 5-minute walk are beaches and rocky coast in Lapad Bay, sailing and rowing clubs, picturesque walks along the seaside or up forrested hills, swimming pools, wellness centres and terraces with live music in the evenings. Frequent local bus service operates until late at night from the bus station in the adjoining street and the ride to the old town takes about 10 minutes. Trips to nearby islands Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan can be organised by excursion boats from Lapad Bay, as well as boat shuttle service or ship from Gruz harbour, a 20-minute walk away.

We had a fantastic week in Dubrovnik! Katija and Dado are the perfect hosts and the apartment is well equiped, clean and spacious. The location is ideal as it's just minutes from the Old town by bus and right next to Lapad beach so you really have best of both worlds! This apartment is suitable for any type of a group of up to 6 people, last year I went as part of a group of peers and this year with my parents and siblings and it was perfect for either. I would absolutely recommend this apartment Bonacic to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Excellent choice

A great choice for accommodation in Dubrovnik, suits a family with children or a group of 3-5 adults well. Very nice location on a pedestrian street, a great variety of restaurants as well as a good beach within walking distance. The apartment is really well equipped and served us (a family with three children of 5, 9 and 11 years) perfectly. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to practicalities relating to the accommodation itself as well as to useful advice about restaurants worth trying, sights worth seeing etc. All contacts and agreements prior to arrival worked like a Swiss clock - clear, precise and reliable.

Lovely Holiday, perfect location

We have just spent a very nice week in this apartment. The photographs did not do the apartment justice and our feedback to the owners was to update the photos. The apartment is very spacious, two large bedrooms one ensuite, a large lounge with two sofa beds and balcony, a kitchen diner with small balcony, bathroom and additional toliet. It is spotlessly clean and very well equiped having a washing machine and dishwasher, computer, tv and dvd. Fully air conditioned it was a very comfortable and pleasant base for our holiday. The location was the main reason for choosing this apartment and it proved to be the right choice, it is situated at the top of a pedestrianised street which leads down to the beach with restuarants and bars. Just around the corner the bus stop and nearby taxi rank allows quick and easy access into historic Dubrovnik . Thank you Katija and Dado for your warm welcome and lovely apartment.

Great Place to Stay

Great place in Dubrovnik. We couldn't think of being in a better place. The location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Katija and Dado showed us where to park our car without paying anything only a block from the main entrance of the building. They were such fantastic hosts. When we arrived we had in the fridge some beer and juice and some other goodies, even though the supermarket was just behind the building. They took extra time to guide us really well of how to get familiar with Dubrovnik and its surroundings. One night we went to have a really nice bottle of wine with them. They're such hospitable people and their apartment is spotless. Everything is so well organized and super clean. If we ever go back to Dubrovnik we wouldn't hesitate to come back. This is the place to be!! Thanks Katija and Dado for making our trip to Dubrovnik even more special. We hope to see you in the near future. Rosie and Saša

A great apartment that is well equipt, very comfortable in a superior location. The owners were good hosts and were always available if needed. There were resturants and a super market nearby and easy transportation to the old city.
