The family room has a TV, DVD, VCR and a Queen size sleep sofa. There is a full bath on both 1st and 2nd floors. The 1st bedroom has one queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor has one twin bed. The 3rd bedroom located upstairs has 1 Queen size bed and a TV. The 4th bedroom located upstairs has 2 twin beds. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at Nauset Beach. Gas grill offered for evening BBQ's. The large deck is perfect for sun bathing, and includes a built in JACUZZI! ***Cleaning fee is waived on this property***NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
