1xQ 2xT 1xFss. A Spacious "C" style townhouse on Fletcher Lane in Howland Village close to Fletcher Indoor/Outdoor pool complex. The first floor has a full size Sleep Sofa in the living room, half bath, and sliders leading out to a patio with views of the golf course, meadows, and horse farm. A traditional staircase leads to the second floor bedrooms; the master has a brand new queen bed, Air Conditioner, and TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is also a full bath. The patio has a new gas grill and plenty of privacy. NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
