The 110 m2 light-flooded top floor apartment w/gallery is in a single family home in a peaceful and central location near Hönigschmidplatz. The equipment is new and high quality (Rolf Benz leather couch, massive wood cabinets), new high-quality built in kitchen, spacious bathroom with tub, separate WC, parquet and natural stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for shared usage in cellar. Because ot the large living-in kitchen and the spatious living-room the property is in particular suited for larger groups of up to 6 persons.

The apartment is in Munich in the Hadern/Laim region. A very good residential region with short paths to all shopping facilities for daily need (supermarket 50 m, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, convenience store 120 m, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very peaceful and green (tree school with playground) and still conveniently located, because the apartment is located in the interior of the Munich traffic region and you can get to the inner city quickly. (About 18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by taxi).

In addition to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four more comfortable places to sleep on the gallery. We were really impressed

This place is giant. We were only two people, but chose this terrific apartment because we wanted a full kitchen to celebrate Thanksgiving. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

The apartment is very clean and modern, with room to comfortably fit about a half dozen people. It gets great light and is very warm. Requires a short 5 to 10-minute bus ride from the trains, but we never had a problem. Bakery, grocery store, butcher, liquor store, etc. all nearby. Plus there's two bathrooms and a washer. Awesome.

The only catch is that tall guests will require extra care while showering and walking around the loft. The apartment is on the very top of a house. I'm 6'4" (193cm) and kept hitting my head on the roof. Not a major problem though.

Anyone looking for a little extra room in Munich would do well to book here.

My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks in Munich.
Regina and her family are very nice and friendly. Always helped us if we needed help (thanks for the help in connecting to the internet :) The apartment is very comfortable. Everything is left to chance, a huge kolichestovo raznooobraznoy most dishes, all kitchen appliances, towels, hair dryer. Perfect cleanliness. We especially liked the area, clean air, peace and all this in just 15 minutes from the city center. Shops and transport in 2 minutes.
It was our first visit to Germany, and we are very very happy!

Everything was just great.

What a beautiful and clean apartment in very quiet and peaceful area!! Close to bus and metro station. walking distance to everything you need on a daily basis. We really lucked out with this place. If I ever were to visit Munich again I will definitely book this place again.
