New comfortable apartment for 2 to 6 persons. 3.5 rooms (100 m²). Non-smoking. The living room is equipped with 2 sofas and a TV. Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and espresso machine. Dining room. Bathroom with shower and bath, cosy balcony and patio. Towels as well as linen and tea towels available. Directly next to the house is a sports ground and a playground. Shopping facilities, post office, bank, public swimming baths and bus stop in close vicinity. Parking space directly next to the house.

Biking, cycling: You benefit from a topographically unique situation between the mountains and the Lake Constance. Cycle along Lake Constance, take the excursion ship or the ferry across the lake or cycle up to the Alps to 1,650 m above sea level - whatever you prefer.

Model planes, water planes: From park flyer/helicopter at the back of the house (sports field) to water planes in Lake Constance, there are several possibilities to keep up your model flight hobby. The lake is also suitable to set the sails of your model boats in the right scenery.

We were invited to a wedding and looked over many places to stay during our two weeks in Switzerland. We arrived and were greeted by our host and family and instantly felt a connection with their family and ours. The apartment was clean modern and gave us enough room to each have our own space. We walked thru the town during the day to the store, as well as at night and felt completely safe in the quiet neighborhood.The apartment was close to every place we wanted to go in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our host helped with suggestions to make our stay enjoyable as well as how to get around easy. After sight seeing during the day we returned to have a drink with local cheese and fruit on the balcony to recap our activity of the day. We have already discussed going back to see and do more, and to reconnect with friends. Absolutely would make sure we could stay here again before we made any other travel plans.
