Beautiful home with panoramic view of the sea and mountain. The house has two suites and a loft composed of living-room, dining-room and kitchen. It also has a large veranda with barbecue, DVD, a comfortable hammock facing the ocean. The house is 10 minutes from the ferry and 5 minutes from the beach.
Nearest Beach : beach at 120 Metres

The house is located on the left side of the villa and is very close the cozy beaches known as Praia da júlia, Crena e Abraãozinho.

Could have been much better

Excellent and easy booking process. We also found communications with the owner to be very good when we asked questions by email. The house is in a nice quiet location at the top of a hill with nice views.
Unfortunately that is where the good reviews end. We found the property to be dirty and looking very tired despite being only around 7 years old. Many fixtures were broken or tatty and are in need of some attentions. We found the beds to be worst - soft foam mattresses that seemed damp.
We raised the issues with the owner and left two nights early. The owner did kindly refund one night. However we wouldn't recommend anyone stays here until things change. I'm sure there are much better choices on the Island.

Estuvimos hospedados en esta casa con mi esposa y una pareja de amigos. La casa es espectacular, cerca del centro y para llegar hay que subir por un camino que se interna en la mata. Es la última casa del camino. Tiene una vista impresionante y un jardín enorme. Las fotos no alcanzan para describirla. Nos recibió Angelo, una persona excelente que siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos y aconsejarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. Estamos planificando volver!!!
