The complex has a swimming pool (heated), sundeck, and hot tub also overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The lighted tennis court is on the Bayside, protected from the Gulf breezes. There are laundry facilities on the fourth floor, and a barbecue area on the ground floor. Mexico shopping is only 30 minutes away.
The unit has a large fully furnished kitchen, separate dining area with bar and bar stools, and 20 feet of sofa seating. The living room has cable TV, VCR, and DVD.
