Close to parks, restaurants, beaches and golf courses. Villamartin Plaza just a 5 minute walk and only 10 mins to Los Dolses, all restauants, cafes and bars with night time entertainment. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

Villamartin plaza, 5 minute walk away, famous for it’s 40 restaurants, golf course and glorious weather. Within a 5 minute drive la Zenia beaches, go-carting (not to be missed) shops of all kind, literally dozens and dozens of bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, whether it's live entertainment, live sport or just a quiet, quality meal there is something to suit everyone. For a more active beach holiday, a little further afield are jet skis, parascending, scuba diving, snorkelling in the warm waters of the med. Little over an hour away is the largest theme park on the costs blanca, 5 mins from Benidorm, TERRA MITICA, adult entry €36 (2007) but excellent value for money, takes a full day, be there for 10.00 sharp, loads of rides for all ages.
